1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any defects or damage.

  • The item must include all original tags and packaging.

  • Clearance items, custom-made items, and items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Our company address is not a return warehouse. Please do not ship items directly to the company address listed above, as unauthorized packages will be refused or subject to processing delays.

Once your return request is received, our customer support team will provide you with the return instructions and the correct warehouse address within 24 to 48 hours during business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal reasons (such as changing your mind, incorrect size chosen, or disliking the color), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Upon verification, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or a free replacement.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

  • The refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (credit card or PayPal account).

  • Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional business days for the funds to be posted to your account.
